We involved hospitals throughout the process of creating the QualityCounts™ report and consulted with experts about the measures and calculations. We worked to produce a practical, trustworthy report.
Hospitals were invited to submit comments on their data. The hospital comments are intended as a way for each hospital to provide general information about the published data and summarize issues they feel are important. The comments are the opinion of the hospital that submitted them, and are not the opinion of The Alliance.
